Nó được join vào dự án phải nói là khó nhất từ trước tới nay đối với Fsoft. Khó ngay cả  về tính chất của dự án cũng như nguồn nhân lực của dự án. Trước đây mỗi khi nhận dược dự án mới nó rất hào hứng vì nó vốn là đứa rất thích  được học hỏi những cái mới. Nhưng đối với dự án này nó cảm thấy không đủ tự tin và gặp rất nhiều khó khăn để đi tiếp. Làm việc với một khách hàng chuyên nghiệp như Microsoft Mỹ bắt buộc tiếng anh của nó phải trôi trảy, nhưng hiện giờ nó chưa thể làm được điểu đó vì vậy nó chỉ được đánh giá là vẫn đáp ứng được yêu cầu của công việc. Đương nhiên gặp khó khăn đó nó vẫn có thể giải quyết được nhưng nó sẽ mất nhiều thời gian hơn những người khác. Đó không phải là vấn đề chủ chốt của dự án này. Vấn đề chínhở đây là việc phân tích dự án và đó là công việc chính của nó. Trước đây đểm mạnh của nó vẫn là tìm hiểu Business Logic khi dự án đã triển khai thế nhưng với dự án này thì lại khác. Application quá phức tạp đến mức các chuyên gia nhảy vào cũng không config được, nó phải lần mò từng dòng code để suy ra được logic app. Quá khó đối với nó vì nó vốn xuất thân không phải là dân code. Hơn nữa đây là dự án lớn,  về mặt nghiệp vụ ngân hàng thê giới lại càng khó. Nếu nó phân tích sai, toàn bộ dự án sẽ sai theo hướng nó phân tích. Áp lực đè nặng lên vai nó mà nó không có cách nào để giải quyết được. Nó vẫn biết là phải   cố gắng vì đây không phải là dự án đầu tiên nó làm mà thực sự nó đã thành công dự án trước Monsanto cùng với Fsoft. Về tính chất dự án không có gì khác nên không thể nói nó không có kinh nghiệm chỉ khác là dự án sau độ phức tạp hơn dự án trước rất nhiều và nó nhận thấy rằng nó không đủ tự tin để nhận. Nó có thể cố được nhưng nó khẳng định rằng kết quả sẽ không cao và điều đó là đúng. Nó quyết định ra đi mặc dù ở đây môi trường rất tốt.   Nó đã tìm được một môi trường mới mặc dù nó chưa thực sự thấy hứng thú với công việc đó nhưng ít ra ở đó cũng đảm bảo cho nó  một cuộc sống ổn định. Thế nhưng  cuộc sống đôi khi cũng không đi theo hướng mà nó đã sắp đặt từ trước vì vậy nó bất đắc dĩ phảiở nhà đến tận thời điểm này. Cũng có vài công ty gọi nó đi làm nhưng nó không muốn đi, không phải vì nó cành cao mà giờ đây trong tâm lý nó lúc nào cũng sợ. Nó sợ làm tại công ty thành lập được vài năm, tài chính bấp bênh lương không ổn định, nó sợ phải cố gắng nỗ lực trong một thời gian dài mà chưa thấy kết quả. Trước đây nó đã như thế, nó làm việc với tất cả niềm đam mê nhưng kết quả nó nhận được là 2 tết liền nó không có lương. Vì vậy nó sẽ vẫn phải  cố gắng để thi vào công ty lớn khi đó nó sẽ không phải lo lắng đến vấn đề đó nữa. HIện giờ nó vẫn đợi, đợi để tìm  một công việc nó tạm cảm thấy bình yên giữa cuộc sống này.

Trong cuộc sống hạnh phúc từ gia đình, bạn bè và tình yêu thì mình không nhận được gì cả chỉ là đừng có xuất hiện đừng có đến nơi mà người khác không muốn sự có mặt của mình. Hạnh phúc từ niềm vui công việc nhưng hiện giờ công việc chỉ đem lại cho mình cảm giác chán nản. Hạnh phúc sẽ bắt đầu từ đâu và đi đâu để tìm kiếm nó nữa đây. 1. HP: $118.4 billion
HP tops the list as the number one technology company for the second consecutive year leaping far ahead of IBM in second place. Last year, the delta between the two companies was $5.5 billion, but this year ballooned to $15 billion. In 2008, HP acquired Electronic Data Systems (EDS). A year after the acquisition, HP is clearing benefiting from the addition to its portfolio. HP reported a $15 billion jump in sales year-over-year.

2. IBM: $103.6 billion
IBM continues to pursue an acquisition strategy. The tech giant announced 15 purchases in 2008 (up from 12 the previous year). The biggest purchase made in 2009 was business analytics provider SPSS which dovetails its acquisitions of business intelligence solution specialist Cognos in 2008. IBM reported a $5 billion jump in sales year-over-year.

3. Microsoft: $58.4 billion
The world’s largest software company announced a string of major product announcements in 2009 including bing.com and Windows 7, its recently announced operating system. The company also recently debuted its first-ever retail store in Scottsdale, Arizona and a second store in Mission Viejo, California. Despite these bold moves, it was a disappointing year for the Redmond, WA-based company which reported a revenue decrease of about $2 billion for the first time in its history.

4. Intel: $37.6 billion
The world’s largest semiconductor manufacturer has been humbled by a series of events, including slumping demand for PCs, increased competition in its core chip business, and temporary shortages of chipsets. Intel reported a sales decrease of about $1 billion year-over-year and as a result has announced plant closures across the world. Significant developments include the release of the Core i7 and the acquisition of Wind River Systems which Intel hopes will bolster the company’s software portfolio.

5. Cisco: $36.1 billion
Cisco dominates the market for Internet protocol-based networking equipment and continues to use acquisitions to broaden its product lines and move into new markets. This year, the company acquired WebEx Communications, a major provider of Internet conferencing systems. Also in 2009, Cisco unveiled a new line of hardware called the Unified Computing System designed to simplify the computing and networking resources in data centers. The company’s investments have paid off over the past year with the company reporting year-over-year increases of more than $1 billion.

6. Ingram Micro: $34.4 billion
Ingram Micro is the world’s largest wholesale distributor of computer products and has an impressive list of customers including Walmart.com, Staples, and Office Depot. In 2009 Ingram Micro bought assets of Computacenter Distribution (CCD), a wholesale distributor of server, storage, and networking equipment in the UK in order to bolster its business in Europe. Though it remains primarily focused on computer-related products, Ingram Micro has recently expanded into new markets including automatic identification and data capture (AIDC), POS systems and consumer electronics.

7. Motorola: $30.1 billion
Increased competition from Apple, Nokia, Samsung and RIM has negatively impacted Motorola which produced a nearly $6 billion drop in revenue year-over-year. Motorola has responded by announcing a series of restructuring moves including job cuts to eliminate about 8,000 positions, a plan to limit executive compensation and a freeze on pension plans. The company hopes that a new smartphone based on the Google Android operating system will help bolster its handset sales.

8. Oracle: $23.3 billion
Oracle has aggressively used an acquisition strategy to expand its software product line. In April 2009, the company announced plans to acquire Sun Microsystems which would be one of the largest deals Oracle has undertaken. Oracle has also aggressively invested in internal product development, spending $2.8 billion in fiscal 2009 on internal R&D efforts. Year-over-year Oracle reported $1 billion in revenue gains.

9. SAP: $16.3 billion
SAP has leveraged its dominant position in the ERP market to expand into other fields. Last year’s acquisition of business intelligence software provider Business Objects was the company’s largest acquisition to date and had not been matched by anything approaching the size of this merger in 2009. SAP continues to focus on expanding its products for small and midsized businesses and has also moved to enhance its service offerings.

10. Sun Microsystems $11.4 billion
Sun found a white knight at Oracle which decided to purchase the Silicon Valley innovator for about $7.4 billion in 2009. In addition to merger issues, Sun was hit hard by the global financial crisis, with sales falling more than 17 percent in fiscal 2009. The company went into the red for the first time in three years.

Companies such as Dell, Apple, Samsung, Hitachi, Nokia, Sony, Google, Sharp and Yahoo were not included on this list because a major part of their product lines are directed toward consumers as opposed to business users. All revenue figures are for the most recently reported 12 month period.

Remove the history and favorites from the address bar results

In earlier versions of Internet Explorer (IE), as you type an address, it would list matching URLs of sites as you type. Then you could select the desired URL without having to type the full address. As you’ve probably noticed, Microsoft has added your browsing history and favorites to the AutoComplete feature of the address bar in IE 8.

I think Microsoft had good intentions, but I don’t care for the new AutoComplete functionality. It can cause some confusion by listing expired pages for account-based sites and irrelevant results. It can also be a privacy problem, as it shows page titles in addition to the simple URLs.

If you want to remove the history and favorites from the AutoComplete results and show only previously typed URLs, here’s how:

1. Click Tools > Internet Options.
2. Select the Content tab.
3. In the AutoComplete section, click the Setting button.
4. Uncheck the options under the Address Bar section, but leave the main Address Bar option checked (see Figure 1) if you want the same simple AutoComplete functionality as in IE7, where it just shows matching previously typed URLs.
5. Click OK.

Prevent coloring of tabs by turning off Tab Grouping

After doing some browsing in IE 8, you’ll probably notice certain tabs being colored, such as Figure 2 shows. This is part of the tab grouping feature. If you open a link in a new tab, the new tab will be a part of the same group. However, all these colored tabs can get annoying and confusing.

If it’s not a helpful feature for you, you can easily turn off tab grouping. Open the Internet Options windows and in the Tabs section, click the Settings button. Then simply uncheck the Enable Tab Groups option, as you see in Figure 3.

Disable the ability to restore previous browser sessions

Another feature Microsoft introduced in IE 8 is the restoration of previous sessions, accessible by clicking Tools > Reopen last browsing session.

The ability to reopen the entire last browsing session is quite helpful, but also brings up privacy issues when sharing your computer. Luckily, you can disable the feature, in both home and professional editions of Windows.

Here’s how to disable the restoration feature in XP Professional, using the Group Policy settings:

1. Click Start > Run, type gpedit.msc, and hit Enter.
2. Browse to User Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Internet Explorer / InPrivate.
3. Set Turn off Reopen Last Browsing Session to Enabled.

The process is similar in Windows Vista Business, Enterprise, and Ultimate or in Windows 7:

1. Click the Start button, type gpedit.msc into the search box, and hit Enter.
2. Navigate to Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Internet Explorer / InPrivate
3. Set Turn off Reopen Last Browsing Session to Enabled.

A trick I’ve found in the Home editions of Windows–or any edition or version of XP and Vista–is to prevent IE from storing the last session details/history:

1. From a Computer or My Computer window, click Tools > Folder Options, select the View tab, check the Show hidden files and folders option, and click OK.
2. In Vista, browse to the following location: C:UsersusernameAppDataLocalMicrosoftInternet ExplorerRecovery.
3. In XP, browse to the following location: C:Documents and SettingsusernameLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftInternet ExplorerRecovery.
4. Open the Last Active folder and delete it’s contents.
5. Right-click on the Last Active folder and select Properties.
6. Select the Security tab and hit the Advanced button.
7. Click Edit, uncheck the Include inheritable permissions from this object’s parent option, and then click Copy on the pop-up dialog box.
8. Select the permission entry for the user’s Windows account, hit Remove, and click OK. If you ever want to reactivate the session restoration feature, just go back and add the user’s account to the permission list with Full Control.

Cả ngày chả làm dc việc gì, chưa có một kế hoạch cụ thể cho công việc cũng như cho cuộc sống sắp tới, thấy thật vô vị. Nhìn lại 1 năm vừa qua cũng chưa làm được việc gì nên hồn. Năm ngoái áp lực lớn nhất là công việc thì có lẽ năm nay chuyển sang việc lấy chồng. Thế là năm nào cũng có những áp lực ghê gớm mà ko được thảnh thơi sống theo ý thích của mình. Công việc cũng tạm được, làm cái mình thích mặc dù chưa làm được gì nên hồn. Còn chuyện chồng con sao thấy khó quá như đi lên trời vậy. Cuộc sống thật phức tạp, trong cái thế giới rộng lớn co cả triệu người đang độc thân mà vẫn chưa tìm được nửa của mình. Có lúc tưởng như tìm thấy thì hai điểm lại không gặp được nhau để rồi nó lại trở thành 2 đường thằng song song. Vẫn kéo dài vô tận ko bit đến lúc nào thì dừng lại. Vô vị, chán. Allo cho đứa bạn thân, nó bảo “chắc tao sau này cặp bồ với thằng mình thích còn hơn là đi lấy thằng mình không thích”. Nghe thì có vẻ như nó có suy nghĩ và lối sống lệch lạc nhưng sao mình nghĩ nó chả vô lý chút nào. và bất chợt mình lại muốn được sống đúng với cảm xúc của mình hơn.

Mình thấy chán ghét cái xã hội này, tuổi càng tăng đồng nghĩa với tỷ lệ nghịch với chuyện lấy chồng, thật là buồn cười. Theo mình nghĩ một người phụ nữ trẻ là tâm hồn và hình thức của họ trẻ chứ không phải tính đến tuổi tác. Nếu bạn gặp một người phụ nữ còn ít tuổi nhưng tâm hồn già cỗi và gặp một người nhiều tuổi nhưng nhìn vẻ ngoaif của họ trẻ trung tràn đầy sức sống thì bạn nghĩ thế nào? sao lại quá quan trọng việc tuổi tác đến như thế. Thật là buồn cười.

Nghĩ linh tinh, nói linh tinh rồi chả biết làm cái qoái gì. Lại hết một ngày, ngày đầu năm thật chán.
